Attendance Notes:
- At a Preparation, the Provincial Deputy, Assistant, Registrar, DC, Lecturers and Herald are part of the conferral team and are required, but other Provincial Officers are encouraged to attend if at all possible and may be asked to assist in the ceremony.
- For a Full Team Visit (FTV), ALL Provincial Officers should attend unless they have a compelling reason not to.
- For a Provincial Grand Summus (PGS) visit, only an escorting DC and supporting Tzaddikim members are required, however other Provincial Officers are always very welcome to accompany the visit should they so desire.
